Hey, I'm Alice and I like to describe myself as a 'self-proclaimed childcare geek'. I have worked my way up the early years ladder from Apprentice to Manager gaining all the qualifications including my BA (Hons) In Early Childhood Studies! After working my way up I fancied a little change and I went on to open a nursery within a private school... don't think I'm crazy but I actually missed OFSTED (I know right!). I then went on to train as a Maternity Nurse and started my career as a Nanny and Maternity Nurse for many years, so you can imagine I am extremely passionate about all things babies!
I then went on to start my own early years recruitment agency for 5 years which was very successful, but after the birth of my little man I decided this wasn't my path and here we are!!
I am super excited to provide training and coaching to all those who work in Early Years whether you are in a setting, or are a childminder or a nanny! Keeping on top of our CPD is vital to a strong early years foundation and gives the little minds we care for, the best start in life!
