Kelly
Kelly Hill
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Kelly Hill has worked in the early years sector since leaving school. Starting as a nursery nurse, Kelly worked her way up to nursery manager, trainer and assessor and through to Operations Director before setting up and running The Early Years Company.

Degree qualified in both Early Years and Business & HR, Kelly has a wealth of knowledge to share with the sector. Kelly is passionate about leadership across the early years and strives to develop leaders to be the best they can be. As Founder and CEO of The Early Years Company, Kelly hopes to support many leaders and aspiring leaders to have a voice, share common experiences and come together to drive the sector forward.

Stacy Mann 
Training and Development Partner
My role entails collaborating closely with franchisees to ensure that they receive comprehensive training tailored to the unique demands of early childhood education. From imparting essential pedagogical methodologies to fostering a deep understanding of the franchise's brand ethos and operational protocols, I hope to serve as a guiding beacon for franchisees embarking on their business journey. Through ongoing support, mentorship, and the facilitation of continuous learning opportunities, I aim to empower franchisees to champion excellent training and coaching.

Drawing from my experience as a nursery nurse, manager, assessor, and lecturer, I aim to leverage my skill set to curate content that every franchisee can confidently deliver. With a commitment to excellence, I strive to infuse each training session with practical insights and best practices from years in the field. My positive attitude serves as a driving force, motivating teams even in the face of challenges. I'm here to offer unwavering support and guidance to ensure that every franchisee feels empowered to succeed in their role and make a meaningful impact in early childhood education..

Hannah Hurworth
Content Marketing Partner
Hi I'm Hannah, Content Marketing Partner for The Early Years Company. My role is to develop and implement our Content Marketing Strategy. Working collaboratively with our team, I create a wealth of resources designed to support and empower early years leaders such as blogs, downloads and guides. I create and over-see TEYC's website and social media pages. Alongside this, I support Franchisee's to launch and grow their social media presence, providing all the tools they need including market insights and support. I also create our weekly newsletter which keeps you up to date with sector news and events.

I have a BA(Hons) degree in Journalsim and I am also a fully qualified teacher (QTS) specialising in early years, and previously I was the Manager of a large school-based Early Years Unit. I love that working for The Early Years Company combines my love of writing and creating, with my passion for the early years, ultimately impacting on the long-term outcommes of lots of children.

When I am not working I love writing poetry, spending time with my family and being Mum to my three children. 

Dee Etherington
Business Development Partner
My name is Dee and I am the Business Development Partner for TEYC. It is my job to liase with Nursery Managers to discuss and identify any training needs that they may have for themselves or for their staff. I ensuring that the early years providers we work with are providing the best training for their setting and giving the children in their care fantastic opportunities and the best start in life.

I enjoy working for TEYC because of the inclusivity, teamwork, support from management and the opportunities for growth and development. In my spare time I enjoying socialising, watching football, eating out and spending time with my Grandson George.

Georgia Hill
Business Administrator
Hi I'm Georgia - Business Administrator for TEYC, I do everything from answering your enquiries to supporting our franchisees by ensuring the information we hold around the sector is up to date. I also keep on top of any changes in nursery territories. My role also includes jobs such as invoicing and collecting nursery training feedback.

Alot of the jobs in my role are based around making sure the franchisees have the right material to be able to deliver the best training, whether that is making sure their territory is up to date, making sure all certificates are sent to the franchisee for the nursery on the training, or sending the franchisees their amazing feedback so they know how great they are doing.

I have been part of The Early Years Company since the very beginning. I have a son who is SEND and I provide a great insight into the life of a SEND child and the ins and outs of being a SEND parent which I use to extra input and guidance when it comes to our SEND training.

Becky Haynes
Early Years Specialist
Hi my name is Becky, I am The Early Years Company's Early Years Specialist as well as manager at Codsall Community Nursery which is owned by Kelly Hill. My role for TEYC includes sharing sector updates, both locally and nationally, ensuring that our training and resorces stay up to date and current. I also work with Hannah to create documents to help and support settings, providing a nursery manager's point of view and knowledge.

I have been in childcare for nearly 20 years since leaving school. I knew from a very young age that this is what I wanted to do for a career. I have completed my level 3 qualification as well as then going on to do my Foundation degree part-time while working full-time. I have worked my way from student to practitioner, to room leader/manager, deputy, then manager and recently Early Years Specialist too. 

When I’m not working I enjoy making memories with my partner and my two stepdaughters, as well as spending time with my family and friends.
