2-hour interactive masterclass designed to help early years practitioners build emotionally safe, connected environments where every child can thrive. Grounded in the 2025 EYFS framework, this session explores how Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED) underpins lifelong wellbeing. Participants will learn to recognise early signs of SEMH need using the Leuven and Boxall tools, practise relational approaches such as PACE, Emotion Coaching and Thrive/Nurture, and identify leadership actions to embed trauma-informed, nurturing practice across their setting.

Practitioners will deepen their understanding of the new Early Years Inspection Toolkit, focusing on quality interactions, intentional teaching, and curriculum design.
